Executive Leadership – Results-driven, team-oriented servant leadership focused on operational efficiency and strategic growth with a track record of top and bottom-line growth.
Mergers & Acquisitions – Deep experience in due diligence and integration of multiple M&A deals.
Financial Management – Full P&L responsibility for businesses exceeding $1 billion, including multi-million-dollar LTA negotiations.
Board & Governance Experience – Service on multiple Boards of Directors and extensive participation in private equity board meetings.
Global Operations – Management of multi-business, global operations, including both union and non-union facilities, and large-scale capital projects.
Strategic Expansion & Optimization – Leadership in greenfield expansions, footprint consolidations, and implementation of standardized operating systems.
Quality & Compliance – Expertise in QS, TS, ISO, and AS9100 quality systems, along with ERP implementations.
Keith holds a NEI 6 Sigma Black Belt with Master Black Belt (TTT/MBB) and is a co-author of LEAN and TOC (Theory of Constraints) training for certification.
